About the position

JST is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join their team at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time position involves supporting the Department of Defense's navigation warfare mission by providing expertise in planning and conducting navigation warfare operations. The analyst will work collaboratively with various military and government organizations to ensure compliance with policies and facilitate information sharing related to cyber operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), U.S. Cyber Command (CYBERCOM), and other CYBERCOM components as needed.
• Facilitate information sharing, both internally and externally, integrating it into C4, cyber, and cyberspace operations.
• Review policies and authorities to ensure compliance and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Assurance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA's Network+, CompTIA's Security+, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner, or equivalent (8570 compliant certs).
• Five years of relevant Cyber Security experience.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience with DISA, U.S. Cyber Command, Joint Force Headquarters‐Cyber, Army Cyber Command, or other CYBERCOM components.
• Ability to work independently with limited government oversight and effectively as part of a team.
