The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT and cybersecurity, particularly in managing security threats and implementing security measures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee vulnerability management processes.
• Configure and maintain firewalls to secure networks.
• Utilize cloud-based security tools for protection against threats.
• Monitor Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
• Employ Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems for threat detection and analysis.
• Respond to security incidents by identifying, analyzing, and resolving threats.
• Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions and manage identity tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of combined IT and cybersecurity experience.
• 3+ years of direct experience in information security.
• Proficiency in vulnerability management and security infrastructure.
• Experience with firewall management and cloud-based security tools.
• Familiarity with IDS/IPS monitoring and SIEM systems.
• Knowledge of incident response protocols and identity management.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of experience with vulnerability scanning and management systems.
• Experience with antivirus systems and EDR/MDR/XDR solutions.
