About the position

The Cyber Security Analyst at Arizona Liver Health is responsible for conducting risk assessments, managing security incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies. This role involves vulnerability testing, disaster recovery efforts, and providing expert support for cloud infrastructure. The analyst will work closely with IT teams to maintain the security and reliability of company systems and networks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments and provide security insights and recommendations.
  • Perform vulnerability testing and manage client networks, applications, and systems.
  • Review and update security policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of risk matrices to assess threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Lead the resolution of systemic issues through root cause analysis.
  • Manage active security incidents and coordinate response efforts.
  • Lead disaster recovery efforts to restore critical systems and data.
  • Provide expert-level support for cloud infrastructure monitoring.
  • Resolve escalated server and network performance issues.
  • Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operations of company systems and servers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Three to five years of experience in a Cyber Security Analyst or similar role.
  • Security+ and Network+ certifications required.
  • CISSP preferred; Microsoft certifications a plus.
  • Experience with cyber security risk assessment in healthcare or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of Information Security frameworks, including ISO27001 and NIST CSF.
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 roles and administration.
  • Knowledge of Windows PowerShell and script development.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and TCP/IP protocols.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT-related program preferred.
  • Experience with multi-site medical practice systems.
