About the position

The Cyber Security Analyst at Tech Mahindra will provide hands-on technical security leadership, focusing on developing collaboration in digital engineering and model-based enterprise technologies. This role requires a self-driven team player who is comfortable with DevSecOps in a continuous delivery environment, contributing to innovative solutions and leading cybersecurity initiatives with FLRAA Digital Systems teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop security plans and compliance documentation, ensuring traceability to program, regulatory, and enterprise requirements.
  • Work with Agile development teams to implement controls for security and compliance.
  • Design and implement proactive and continuous monitoring of applications.
  • Contribute to the DevSecOps framework to support secure software development and delivery.
  • Contribute to the cybersecurity and risk management architecture for software development, deployment, and operations in a cloud-first environment.
  • Share cyber vision and knowledge within the team to empower proactive delivery.
  • Provide hands-on support for incident response and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain close working relationships with Bell Customers and internal business units.
  • Partner with internal Product Cybersecurity, Contracts, Legal, and IT teams.
  • Engage with Domestic and Global Supply chain partners under the CMMC initiative.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years in Enterprise Cyber Security and IT experience in complex technical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of DFARS NIST 800-171 and 800-53 frameworks.
  • Experience obtaining Authority to Operate (ATO) within the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Ability to interpret and communicate security policies, procedures, and technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in Shell scripting, PowerShell, or Python for task automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team during incident response.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile project environment.
  • CISSP certification or other similar DoD required Cyber Security certifications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
