About the position

The Cybersecurity Business Analyst, Vice President role focuses on identifying and addressing critical gaps in cybersecurity activities and controls within the Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) team at State Street. This position involves collaborating with various experts to solve complex cybersecurity problems and improve business processes, ensuring effective governance and compliance in cybersecurity operations.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and apply NIST cybersecurity framework best practices.
  • Identify cybersecurity business needs and propose solutions.
  • Utilize project management tools and documentation effectively.
  • Produce business requirements, process documentation, and strategic recommendations.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs.
  • Conduct qualitative analysis to propose improvements in processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of relevant Cybersecurity and Technology Risk Management experience or equivalent.
  • Experience with the NIST cybersecurity framework.
  • Six Sigma Lean Certified - Yellow Belt or above or equivalent.
  • Strong experience with project management tools, documentation, and business requirements.
