About the position

The Cybersecurity COE Project Manager role is focused on overseeing complex cybersecurity initiatives, particularly the Cyber Technology SOGR project, within an organization. This position requires collaboration across multiple departments and with various vendors, utilizing structured project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical leads, team members, and consultants/contractors.
• Develop and maintain essential project documents, including Project Charters, Management Plans, Requirements, Design, Test Plans, and Implementation documents.
• Produce weekly status reports on program progress.
• Conduct project status and other necessary meetings.
• Manage project schedules in Masterworks and report on variances.
• Maintain SharePoint project sites for document storage and tracking.
• Ensure project schedules and baselines are quality-assured and well-maintained.
• Report and manage risks with an ongoing risk mitigation plan.
• Track issues, utilize change management processes, and publish regular project reports.
• Deliver weekly status updates detailing activities, accomplishments, issues, and resolutions.
• Complete all activities required for operational readiness reviews on time.
• Evaluate product and proposal criteria for project alignment.
• Work with SAFe teams to deliver capabilities and maintain PLM artifacts.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Present project updates at Quality Checkpoints and Departmental Reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management.
• PMP and SAFe certifications are required.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
