About the position

The Cyber Security Policy Analyst at Marathon TS Inc. is responsible for advising and leading the development, review, coordination, and compliance of cybersecurity policies in accordance with the CIO-TES Policy Life Cycle Management (PLCM). This role involves supporting the development of Subject Matter Expert (SME) compliance checklists, conducting gap analyses, and ensuring that policies are clear, accurate, and aligned with NGA's strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support policy development and compliance for assigned NGA-wide Corporate Policies and IT Services Policies.
• Oversee the development of SME Self-Inspection Compliance Checklists to ensure policy implementation and compliance tracking.
• Conduct gap analysis and policy revisions as necessary, ensuring policies are accurate and outcome-driven.
• Advise the NGA SPP for CIO-TES in fulfilling roles and responsibilities related to the NGA Corporate Policy Program.
• Support the implementation of Policy Business Process Improvements and track policy business analytics.
• Report on metrics and Policy Performance Measures.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing DoD Policies in accordance with Policy Life Cycle Management (PLCM).
• Experience as Policy Officers for assigned policy functional areas.
• Bachelor's Degree and 11-14 years of equivalent experience in computer science, system engineering, or a related cybersecurity field.
