About the position

The Cyber Security Project Manager will support the Business Information Security Office by leading information security standards and risk-related projects using Agile methodologies. This role involves providing strategic direction, managing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery while mitigating risks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Information Security Office.
• Lead information security standard and risk-related projects using Agile methodologies.
• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment.
• Revise project plans as needed to meet changing requirements.
• Ensure projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and are delivered on time.
• Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on their intent.
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive project delivery effectively.
• Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to drive project/program efforts effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven track record of excellent project management.
• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity and information security concepts.
• At least 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ADO or JIRA Boards.

Nice-to-haves

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technology risk management execution (tech & cyber controls management).
• 1+ years of experience with risk management frameworks, ITGC, and AWS cloud environments.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
