About the position
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead cybersecurity project efforts in an enterprise-level setting. The role involves managing project resources to ensure compliance with governance priorities, driving governance activities, and enhancing service quality through effective measurement and monitoring. The Project Manager will also be responsible for communication and marketing activities to track growth objectives and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage project resources to ensure compliance and alignment with governance priorities and objectives.
- Drive governance activities with familiarity around security controls and access management.
- Manage the documentation process for services, processes, policies, and controls.
- Direct activities to increase service quality and productivity through measurement and monitoring of key metrics.
- Lead the knowledge management process to support continuous quality improvement.
- Oversee the service quality process with a focus on lifecycle service management.
- Lead communication, promotion, and internal marketing activities to track achievement toward growth objectives.
- Demonstrate service effectiveness by gauging customer satisfaction and capturing ongoing value to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and document all service activities and discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a management position.
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in enterprise security governance and identity/access management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience communicating and presenting at executive/director levels (IT Director, VP, CIO, etc.).
- Broad knowledge of information security frameworks (CISM, CRISC, CISSP a plus).
Benefits
- Contract position with a pay rate of $55 an hour.
