About the position

The Cyber Security Red Team Analyst at CACI International is responsible for creating and maintaining a secure operating environment by protecting network boundaries and providing security services for sensitive data. This role involves working with various devices and technologies, actively monitoring systems for attacks, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices. The analyst will demonstrate knowledge in offensive security, incident response, and vulnerability assessments, contributing to the overall security posture of CACI's infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a team-centric environment.
• Draft technical manuals, installation manuals, procedure outlines, and incident response plans to enhance system security documentation.
• Execute security posture assessments (white, gray, or black box) and produce detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders at all business levels.
• Demonstrate strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering, or 5 years of Cyber Security experience.
• Intermediate knowledge in Red Team/Offensive Security, Cyber Incident Response, and operating system hardening (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Experience with OSINT data analysis, secure development processes, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
• Strong Linux experience focused on protecting networks and data from attacks.
• Working knowledge of Splunk for log analysis.

Nice-to-haves

• CISSP, OCSP, or GPEN certification preferred.
• Secret or Top-Secret clearance preferred.
• Programming or scripting experience is a plus.
• AWS / Microsoft Entra/O365 cloud experience.
