About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to act as the L2 Product Owner for Cyber Defense. This role involves advising senior leadership on the development and influence of digital products and initiatives related to Endpoint Security. The position requires leading strategies to resolve complex challenges, creating actionable user stories, and contributing to the product roadmap while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership on digital products and initiatives related to Endpoint Security.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges across multiple areas of the enterprise.
  • Internalize the vision and strategy for the product area to create actionable user stories.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap and refine user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are understood by the team.
  • Accept completed user stories to ensure they meet acceptance criteria.
  • Track delivery of key results in the roadmap and deliver long-term, large-scale solutions.
  • Coordinate complex activities and provide guidance to others.
  • Provide vision and expertise to senior leadership on implementing significant digital business plans.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of diverse cybersecurity domain knowledge, including attack surface management and endpoint security.
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop technology strategy and operating models with clear objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Information Cybersecurity industry standards.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives and senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to facilitate prioritization discussions.
  • Understanding of threat intelligence and offensive security.
  • Basic networking understanding and fundamentals of Windows and Linux.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple deliverables.
  • Certifications as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Information Security Certifications such as CISSP, CSSP, or CISM.
