About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to act as the L2 Product Owner for Cyber Defense. This role involves advising senior leadership on the development and influence of digital products related to Endpoint Security, leading strategies to resolve complex challenges, and creating actionable user stories for product delivery. The position requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity and digital product management, with a focus on long-term solutions and innovative business plans.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership for digital products and initiatives related to Endpoint Security.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges across the enterprise.
  • Internalize the vision and strategy for the product area to create actionable user stories.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap and refine user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are understood.
  • Track delivery of key results in the roadmap and accept completed user stories.
  • Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring creativity and advanced analytical thinking.
  • Coordinate complex activities and provide guidance to others.
  • Engage strategically with professionals and managers across the enterprise.
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership on implementing significant digital business plans.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of diverse cybersecurity domain knowledge, including attack surface management and endpoint security.
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop technology strategy and operating models with clear objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Information Cybersecurity industry standards.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
