About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to serve as L2 Product Owner for Cyber Defense. This role involves advising senior leadership on developing and influencing digital products and initiatives related to Endpoint Security, leading strategies to resolve complex challenges, and contributing to the product roadmap. The position requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity and digital product management, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products and initiatives for Cyber Defense.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges across the enterprise.
• Internalize the vision and strategy for the product area to create actionable user stories.
• Act as a thought leader and domain specialist in the product area.
• Contribute towards the product roadmap and define user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria is understood.
• Track delivery of key results in the roadmap and accept completed user stories.
• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision and creativity.
• Coordinate complex activities and provide guidance to others.
• Provide vision and expertise to senior leadership on implementing digital business plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years of diverse cybersecurity domain knowledge, including attack surface management and endpoint security.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Demonstrated ability to develop technology strategy and operating models.
• Advanced knowledge of Information Cybersecurity industry standards.
