About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to act as the L2 Product Owner for the Threat Prevention Product Area. This role involves advising senior leadership on the development and implementation of digital products and strategies to address complex business and technical needs. The position requires leading the resolution of unique challenges, delivering innovative solutions, and engaging with various stakeholders across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products and initiatives.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges across multiple areas of the enterprise.
  • Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision and advanced analytical thinking.
  • Coordinate complex activities and provide guidance to others.
  • Provide vision and expertise to senior leadership on implementing significant digital business plans and initiatives.
  • Engage strategically with professionals and managers across the enterprise.
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 7+ years of experience in threat intelligence, red team, or attack surface management, or related cybersecurity experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop technology strategy, operating models, and roadmaps with clear objectives.
  • 7+ years of experience with Agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Advanced knowledge of Information Cybersecurity industry standards.

  • Certifications as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
  • Information Security Certifications such as CISSP, CSSP, or CISM.
  • Finance sector security experience or experience in other regulated industries.
