About the position

The Cyber Support Data Analyst at OASYS, INC. plays a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting network and production lines from security assessments. This position involves developing technical diagrams and reports to provide leadership with a clear understanding of the cyber posture of Operational Technology. The Analyst will also offer high-level technical support, assist in IT and OT topology analysis, and ensure mission assurance in system designs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and diagram network and production lines from security assessments and other documents.
• Develop technical diagrams and dependency maps and reports.
• Create summaries to provide leadership with a continuous, accurate situational understanding of the cyber posture of Operational Technology.
• Provide high-level technical service to all customers, including engineering support.
• Assist with IT and OT topology analysis, planning, and system controls design.
• Work with site and system owners to assist in identification, categorization, analysis, and sustainment of systems.
• Coordinate, advise, and report on the execution of policies and programs.
• Develop and maintain Common Operating Picture/Dashboards to support leadership decision-making efforts.
• Read and write SOPs, EXORDs, and OPORDs and correlate requirements to subsequent taskings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of cyber-related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to clearly present and communicate technical approaches and findings
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

• IT, cyber or technical related experience including multiple technologies (Platform IT, Enterprise IT, OT, or ICS/SCADA), and multiple applications.
