About the position

As a Cyber Technology Asset Management (TAM) Manager at Deloitte, you will serve as a trusted adviser to clients, helping them manage their technology asset landscape. The role focuses on maximizing asset value, optimizing spending, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will leverage ServiceNow technology to deliver TAM services, understand client needs, and provide an inspiring client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support project teams to develop and implement leading practices in technology asset management.
  • Provide guidance and manage simultaneous activities at client sites, including asset renewals and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams for successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
  • Perform assessments of existing ServiceNow implementations and offer recommendations for improvements.
  • Participate in business development opportunities within the ServiceNow TAM practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of ServiceNow architecture, design, implementation, and technical experience in complex environments.
  • 3+ years of experience with key cloud technologies and extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
  • 3+ years with ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM products, including Software Asset and Hardware Asset management.
  • Good understanding of web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Web Services) and JavaScript development on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
