The Cyber Workflow UI/UX Developer/DevOps Engineer 3 position at Lockheed Martin focuses on enhancing cybersecurity measures through innovative engineering solutions. The position requires collaboration with cybersecurity experts to protect vital networks and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Coding and scripting to automate tasks and build tools using languages like Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Managing Linux environments, specifically RHEL, CentOS, and Amazon Linux.
  • Installing, configuring, and managing applications such as Kubernetes, Docker Compose, Telegraf, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Grafana.
  • Utilizing version control systems, primarily Git, to track changes in code and configuration files.
  • Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices using tools like GitLab runners and ArgoCD.
  • Integrating security into the DevOps process through DevSecOps practices.
  • Working with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS and OpenStack.
  • Communicating and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  • Active Security+ Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience or a Master's degree with 12 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role with a focus on CI/CD practices.
  • Proficiency with GitLab CI and strong experience with AWS cloud platform.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with Terraform and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional programming languages beyond those listed.
  • Familiarity with other CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork abilities.
