About the position
As a Senior Manager in EY's Cybersecurity team, you will lead multiple client engagements, focusing on service delivery, business development, and team management. This role emphasizes the importance of cybersecurity in helping organizations navigate the evolving technological landscape, ensuring they have effective measures in place to protect their assets and maintain trust with stakeholders. You will leverage your technical and business acumen to drive impactful cybersecurity solutions on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects or elements of multiple client engagements, ensuring effective service delivery and business development.
- Provide technical leadership in the assessment, design, and implementation of security and IT risk solutions.
- Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment, mentoring junior consultants.
- Stay abreast of current IT environment and industry trends to identify client service issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Guide the development of strategic and tactical security architecture efforts, focusing on cloud security and security architecture.
- Document reference architectures, network schematics, and other architectural documentation.
- Consistently deliver quality client services by managing risks and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately ten years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately seven years of related work experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Technical knowledge in security technologies including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM).
- Ability to create or secure cloud solutions for various cloud security technologies.
- Experience in process definition, workflow design, and process mapping.
Nice-to-haves
- Strong presentation and communication skills, particularly with C-suite and VP levels.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
