About the position

The Cybersecurity Advisor/Consultant at Broadridge plays a vital role in enhancing sales initiatives by providing expert cybersecurity insights and support to external clients. This position is essential for ensuring that the company's financial software solutions meet the highest security standards, leveraging a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide deep cybersecurity knowledge and support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct thorough security analysis of our software solutions to ensure they align with industry security standards and client requirements.
  • Develop and present tailored cybersecurity presentations to prospective clients, highlighting our solutions' security features and benefits.
  • Assist in responding to client inquiries and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) related to cybersecurity aspects of our offerings.
  • Work closely with internal product and engineering teams to ensure alignment of security features with client needs and industry best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and compliance requirements affecting the financial services industry.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team on cybersecurity topics and our solutions' capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with fintech software solutions, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in a sales support, pre-sales, or similar role is highly advantageous.
