About the position

The Cybersecurity Advisor role at Mattson Resources involves working within a growing Cybersecurity team of a Fortune 500 company. This position is responsible for the architecture, design, development, implementation, and improvement of cross-platform integration solutions using ServiceNow. The advisor will partner with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to steady state, and will provide consultative leadership to enhance the platform's strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and implement cross-platform integration solutions using ServiceNow.
• Partner with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle from inception to steady state.
• Develop, maintain, and socialize the strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide consultative leadership to enhance the platform's capabilities.
• Develop, design, and maintain the data model, data structures, and standards.
• Evaluate new features in ServiceNow releases for suitability in the current environment.
• Identify improvement opportunities in technology, workflow, and processes, and craft roadmaps for improvement.
• Influence productivity and efficiency while improving the organization's reputation among partners.

Requirements

• Seven (7) or more years of experience as a ServiceNow developer, engineer, and/or architect.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in workflow automation and process automation.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in service and/or program management.
• ITIL Foundations Certification.

Nice-to-haves

• Deep technical abilities and a sound understanding of business strategy and policies.
• Sophisticated knowledge and skill in ServiceNow, particularly its Security Operations Module.
• Experience working with Cybersecurity practitioners in complex environments.
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and trends.
• Experience communicating architecture concepts and designs to technology leaders.
