About the position

The Cybersecurity Analyst 4 (Senior Analyst) position at the Alaka`ina Foundation involves supporting the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) in Kaua'i, Hawai'i. The role focuses on the creation, consultation, and ongoing assessment and authorization (A&A) documentation in compliance with DoD Cybersecurity policies and guidelines. The analyst will evaluate information assurance compliance and coordinate program security documentation for various PMRF systems, ensuring adherence to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and other relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of the DoDI 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Systems and assist in implementing the DoD Assessment and Authorization (A&A) procedure
• Perform all ISSO duties and responsibilities in DODI 8500.01, DODI 8510.01, and U.S. Navy Policy
• Assist with handling of security events/incidents, including triage, remediation, documentation, and escalation to management and government customers
• Oversee working group meetings including Cyber Security Working Group Meetings and other contractual required meetings
• Accurately perform security tasks required by the 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other relevant standards
• Provide periodic self-assessments to Government System Managers (GSM) and regular feedback on data-calls
• Provide employee mentorship and training on cyber security concepts, guidance, and policies
• Interface with government POCs as an ISSO
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with ten (10) years of cybersecurity experience, or Associate's degree with twelve (12) years of experience
• Five (5) years of RMF experience; equivalent years of experience may be substituted in lieu of education
• DoD 8570/8140: IAM II-CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Secret security clearance is required.
