About the position

The Cybersecurity Analyst 4 (Senior Analyst) at Keaki Technologies is responsible for ensuring compliance with DoD Cybersecurity policies and guidelines, particularly in the context of the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF). This role involves the creation, consultation, and ongoing assessment of documentation related to cybersecurity, as well as evaluating information assurance compliance and coordinating program security documentation for various PMRF systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of the DoDI 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Systems and assist in implementing the DoD Assessment and Authorization (A&A) procedure.
• Perform all ISSO duties and responsibilities in DODI 8500.01, DODI 8510.01, and U.S. Navy Policy.
• Assist with handling of security events/incidents, including triage, remediation, documentation, and escalation to management and government customers.
• Oversee working group meetings including Cyber Security Working Group Meetings and other contractual required meetings.
• Accurately perform security tasks required by the 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other relevant standards.
• Provide periodic self-assessments to Government System Managers (GSM) and regular feedback on data-calls.
• Provide employee mentorship and training on cyber security concepts, guidance, and policies.
• Interface with government POCs as an ISSO.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with ten (10) years of cybersecurity experience, or an Associate's degree with twelve (12) years of experience.
• Five (5) years of RMF experience; equivalent years of experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
• DoD 8570/8140 certifications: IAM II-CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO.
