About the position

The Cybersecurity Analyst IAM III Advanced position at ITC Defense involves developing, implementing, and maintaining a cyber-secure environment at Vandenberg Air Force Base. The role requires extensive experience in cyber management, with responsibilities including supervising personnel, leading cyber management operations, and reporting to government managers. The position supports a full-time work schedule with occasional evening and weekend work, and some travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a cyber-secure environment.
• Plan and accomplish enclave security related goals using extensive experience and judgement.
• Supervise IAM and IAT personnel.
• Report to government managers for enclave operational requirements.
• Lead cyber management and operations for enclave(s)/systems/sites.
• Coach and mentor other employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master's degree in STEM, Program Management, or Cyber-related field with 5 years of cyber management experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of DoD cyber experience.
• IAM III Certification prior to accepting position.
• eMASS Certification prior to accepting position.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility required.
