Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a cyber-secure environment based on knowledge of Cyber policy and procedures.
• Plan and accomplish enclave security-related goals using extensive experience and judgment.
• Supervise IAM and IAT personnel of equal or lower level certification.
• Report to IAM III or government managers for enclave operational requirements.
• Lead cyber management and operations for enclave(s)/systems/sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM/Program Management/Cyber-related field or equivalent with at least 5 years of cyber management experience.
• IAM Level II Certification prior to accepting the position.
• eMASS Certification prior to accepting the position.
• Active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret.
• 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Nice-to-haves

• IAM Level III Certification
• IAT Senior level certification
• Associate's degree in a STEM/Cyber-related field with 10 years of DoD cyber experience.
