About the position

The Cybersecurity Analyst IAM II Intermediate position at ITC Defense involves developing, implementing, and maintaining a cyber-secure environment while applying knowledge of cyber policy and procedures. The role requires extensive experience in enclave security management and includes responsibilities such as leading cyber management operations and mentoring personnel. The position supports a full-time work schedule with occasional evening and weekend work, and some travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a cyber-secure environment.
• Plan and accomplish enclave security related goals using extensive experience and judgment.
• Supervise IAM and IAT personnel of equal or lower level certification.
• Report to IAM III or government managers for enclave operational requirements.
• Lead cyber management and operations for enclave(s)/systems/sites.
• Coach and mentor other employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM/Program Management/Cyber-related field or equivalent with at least 5 years of cyber management experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor's degree in a non-STEM/Cyber-related field with 7 years of DoD cyber experience.
• Alternative: Associate degree in STEM/Cyber-related field with 10 years of DoD cyber experience.
• Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II Certification prior to accepting position.
• eMASS Certification prior to accepting position.
• Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for a Top Secret Clearance.
