About the position

The Cybersecurity Analyst Manager at Deloitte is responsible for leading a team in the development, verification, and validation of information security systems. This role requires a high level of interaction with various stakeholders and emphasizes the importance of communication, multitasking, and attention to detail. The position is part of Deloitte's Government and Public Services Cyber Practice, which aims to help organizations foster a cyber-minded culture and enhance their cybersecurity posture.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development, verification, and validation of information security systems.
• Review policies and procedures related to cybersecurity.
• Support the organization with the integration of IT, cyber, and cyberspace operations into strategic and operational objectives.
• Facilitate information sharing, both internally and externally, and integrate it into IT and cyber operations.
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Work with the enterprise architect to coordinate and execute multiple projects in line with designated deadlines.
• Prepare and update technical artifacts such as test and analysis reports.
• Prepare project documentation and deliverables.
• Assist in the design and implementation of cybersecurity tools.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of management.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk analysis and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology or a directly relevant industry.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA's Network+ and CompTIA's Security+.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
