About the position

The Cybersecurity Analyst position at Amelex Inc. involves supporting the management of the accreditation process for Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDTandE) systems and labs. The role requires both independent work and collaboration with co-workers and customers, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DOD) information assurance policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the accreditation process for RDTandE systems and labs.
• Work independently and collaboratively with co-workers and customers.

Requirements

• BS from an accredited institution in Information Systems Security, Computer Science, or a related IA discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years total experience, with two (2) years in US Navy or US Marine Corps IA processes.
• Up-to-date knowledge of DOD, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Marine Corps information assurance processes, policies, and standards, including RMF.
• Ability to ensure operational ACS systems conform to DOD IA policies.
• Ability to create IA documentation packages for the accreditation of ACS systems and labs.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Familiarity with accreditation tools for U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps system accreditation packages.
• Proven ability to deliver on time.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments/projects concurrently.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Technical proficiency, organization, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills.
