Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst (Security System Administrator (ACAS/HBSS)) to join our team at the SESD, National Simulation Center, located at Fort Gregg Adams, VA. This position is integral to supporting the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under the MTCCS II IDIQ. The Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for maintaining Risk Management Framework (RMF) servers for the site, ensuring that all systems are built, maintained, and configured to meet stringent security standards. This role involves assisting team members with updating standalone systems, call manager, and ASTi, as well as providing support to units and other components during exercises. The successful candidate will review Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Best Business Practices (BBPs) to ensure compliance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Army, and Department of Defense (DOD) standards. Troubleshooting of MCIS and related system software issues will be a key responsibility, along with managing MCIS and other related systems through Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) and updates. The Cybersecurity Analyst will also provide IT technical support for the site, its functional training teams, and training units, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and securely. This position requires a strong background in cybersecurity and IT management, with a focus on DoD requirements and RMF accreditation processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating, implementing, and disseminating IT security assessment tools and procedures, as well as a proven track record of leading cybersecurity projects. The role demands a proactive approach to training others in RMF policies and procedures, ensuring that all documentation and practices are adhered to rigorously. The work environment is dynamic, with responsibilities that may require flexibility in hours and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, particularly in response to government directives or emergencies. The contractor will be expected to conduct business during the facility's operational hours, with the possibility of alternative workplace arrangements during facility closures.
