About the position

The Cybersecurity Analyst (Security System Administrator (ACAS/HBSS)) position at Trideum Corporation is a full-time role located at the National Simulation Center in Fort Leavenworth, KS. This position is integral to the support operations of the National Simulation Center (NSC) under the MTCCS II IDIQ task order. The primary focus of this role is to maintain and manage Risk Management Framework (RMF) servers, ensuring they are built, configured, and maintained to meet the required standards set by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Army, and Department of Defense (DOD). The Cybersecurity Analyst will also assist team members with updating standalone systems and provide technical support for various training units and functional training teams. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for reviewing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Best Business Practices (BBPs) to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. Troubleshooting of MCIS and related system software issues will be a key responsibility, along with managing MCIS systems with Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) and updates. The position requires a proactive approach to IT technical support, ensuring that all systems are operational and secure during training exercises and other operational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains RMF servers for the site
  • Builds, maintains, and configures all RMF Servers
  • Assists team members with updating standalone systems, call manager, and ASTi
  • Assists units and any other components during exercises
  • Reviews STIGs and Best Business Practices (BBPs) to ensure compliance with DISA, Army, and DOD standards
  • Troubleshoots MCIS and other related system software issues
  • Manages MCIS and other related systems with IAVAs and updates
  • Provides IT Technical Support for the site, its functional training teams, and training units

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5 years of experience within the past 10 years in planning simulation exercise architectures and supervising communication systems
  • 5 years of experience in IT management with knowledge of DoD cybersecurity requirements and RMF accreditation processes
  • 2 years of experience in evaluating, implementing, and disseminating IT security assessment tools and procedures
  • 2 years of experience as the lead for Cybersecurity / RMF / IA supporting projects or programs of similar size and complexity
  • Experience in assisting and training others in RMF policy and documentation practices
  • DoD IAM I Certification
  • United States Citizen
  • Active US SECRET Security Clearance
