About the position

The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst position at RGNext involves supporting the Reagan Test Site Operations Center on Kwajalein Atoll, focusing on cyber assurance tasks in compliance with NIST Risk Management Framework and DoD regulations. The role requires monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting cybersecurity issues, managing incident responses, and ensuring compliance with security policies. Responsibilities

• Support the Reagan Test Site (RTS) Operations Center as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst.
• Perform cyber assurance analyst tasks in support of the RTS Government ISSM and Cyber Assurance staff.
• Examine potential security violations and respond according to the Incident Response Plan.
• Manage, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software Cyber Assurance problems.
• Assist in managing the local IAVM program and Cyber Assurance training.
• Directly administrate and deploy endpoint security agents and troubleshoot anomalies.
• Perform other related functions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in Information Assurance, System Administration, or technical support in an Enterprise environment.
• Proficient with eMASS for System Security Plan management.
• Strong technical writing skills for producing policies and RMF artifacts.
• Ability to validate information system security compliance with DISA STIGs and SRGs.
• Familiarity with network-based vulnerability scanning and IAVM processes.
• Experience with DISA ACAS, Nessus, HBSS, SPLUNK, and similar SIEM tools.
• Knowledge of Army Regulation 25-1 and 2 and Cyber Assurance regulations.
• Working knowledge of Firewall and IDS configuration.
