About The Position
As a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at Dexian Signature Federal, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our information systems and networks from cyber threats. This position requires a proactive approach to detecting, identifying, and reporting potential cyber-attacks and intrusions. You will be responsible for characterizing and analyzing network traffic and system data to identify anomalous activities that could pose a threat to our resources. Your expertise will be essential in performing security event and incident correlation, utilizing information gathered from various sources within the enterprise to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the security landscape. In this role, you will conduct cyber incident triage, determining the scope, urgency, and potential impact of incidents. You will identify specific vulnerabilities and make recommendations for remediation to mitigate risks effectively. Tracking and documenting cyber incidents from initial detection through to final resolution will be a key responsibility, as will analyzing and assessing the damage to data and infrastructure resulting from cyber incidents. Additionally, you will perform trend analysis and reporting on cyber incidents to inform strategic decision-making and enhance our security posture. This position operates on a 24x7 shift work schedule, typically following a 4/10 shift pattern, with hours dependent on location. You will be expected to work on-site in Denver, CO, contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on maintaining the highest standards of cybersecurity.
