About the position

The Cybersecurity Analyst (CSA) at Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is responsible for planning and implementing safety measures to protect against cybersecurity threats. This role involves analyzing data and systems architecture, coordinating security documentation, and ensuring compliance with DoD/Navy cybersecurity requirements. The CSA will work closely with project teams to meet program objectives and support the Navy AO mission.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in CONMON, vulnerability analyses, risk assessments, and security controls analyses.
  • Analyze data and systems architecture, create designs, and implement information systems solutions.
  • Coordinate, review, approve, and track high-risk escalation documentation for Navy circuits and non-circuits.
  • Adjudicate Cyber Security Inspection (CSI), Cyber Command Readiness Inspection (CCRI), and Command Cyber Operational Readiness Inspections (CCORI) findings for A&A remediation plans.
  • Assist project team in meeting program objectives timely and effectively.
  • Conduct functional reviews of MOA/MOU/ISA and track life cycle for agreements.
  • Process documentation for technical accuracy and evaluate adherence to DoD/Navy cybersecurity requirements.
  • Interpret and apply policies to modern technologies for both enterprise and tactical platforms.
  • Understand DoD Cloud architectures/technologies and DevSecOps fundamentals.
  • Develop correspondence, reports, and other process documents in support of the AO mission.
  • Assist in projects and coordinate project activities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum four (4) years' experience in IT with a focus in Cybersecurity.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Full understanding of Navy RMF and ability to coordinate and support RMF projects until ATO is approved.
  • Knowledge of DoD Cloud architectures/technologies, DevSecOps, Navy RMF/A&A, and enterprise architectures.
  • Experience with DoD cybersecurity policies, instructions, and NIST publications.
  • Understanding of system and software SDLCs and unique DoD domains such as Cross-domain solutions.
  • Excellent use of MS Office tools and related services.
  • Possess one of the following: Bachelor's degree from accredited University, CNSSI 4012-4016 Certificate, or NDU CISO certificate.
  • Military training in relevant NECs or certifications such as CAP, CNNA, or CompTIA Security+.
