About the position

The Cybersecurity Analyst role at Fidelity TalentSource involves working closely with the Fraud Intelligence Unit to respond to fraud events and alerts. The position focuses on analyzing risk-based alerts, documenting findings, and providing recommendations to enhance fraud risk management and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess a technical background and experience in fraud detection, data analysis, and communication of findings.

Responsibilities

• Review risk-based alerts and respond to active fraud events.
• Complete documentation and recommendations based on findings.
• Communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze large data sets to detect fraud trends and anomalies.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance situational awareness and improve communications regarding fraud and cybersecurity threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in security, analytics, or a technical field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience analyzing or querying large data sets.
• Ability to detect fraud trends and communicate findings.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in retail and institutional businesses.
• Experience in an Audit, Risk, or Fraud Detection/Security function is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel.
