The Cybersecurity Analyst position is a technology-driven role focused on bridging business needs with cybersecurity solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on experience in various cybersecurity domains, including vulnerability management, identity and access management, and enterprise asset management. The candidate will work closely with other cybersecurity professionals to enhance the cybersecurity posture of clients while adapting to the evolving landscape of cybersecurity threats and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment that encourages good cybersecurity practices across all clients.
• Function as a member of the cybersecurity team and fulfill customer requests for all aspects of cybersecurity.
• Utilize expertise to improve customers' cybersecurity posture.
• Utilize expertise to build LightChange cybersecurity offerings.
• Take ownership in your Areas of Responsibility.
• Continually improve skill sets as part of Subject Matter Expert (SME) fields of study.
• Communicate clearly with team and customers.
• Prioritize cybersecurity workloads based on customer priorities and input.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Maintain vendor relations between vendors, LightChange, and customers as part of SME role.
• Share suggestions on how to improve operations or customer experience.
• Implement changes to improve operations or customer experience.

Requirements

• A positive, team-centric attitude.
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
• 1-2 years' experience in an IT support role.
