ICI Services is seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to provide cybersecurity expertise to our US Navy client in Panama City, FL. As an Employee-Owned Company, ICI Services specializes in Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment for US government clients. The Cybersecurity Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of information systems, particularly in relation to Navy and Department of Defense (DoD) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and securing IT systems, developing Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages, and ensuring compliance with various cybersecurity standards and regulations. The position requires a strong understanding of Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs), and the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). The Cybersecurity Analyst will also need to be familiar with the Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI) 1253 and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) publications, as well as other industry best practices. The role involves working with automated tools such as Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Hosted Based Security System (HBSS), and Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) to support compliance, verification, and validation activities. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as Security+, CISM, or CISSP. The position requires at least 5 years of experience managing IT systems for Navy/DoD clients, making it essential for applicants to have a solid background in cybersecurity practices and tools.
