About the position

The Cybersecurity Awareness Analyst role at Caterpillar Inc. is focused on fostering a strong cybersecurity culture within the organization. This position is part of the IT Cybersecurity GRC team and aims to develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness and learning program. The analyst will work collaboratively across teams to drive awareness initiatives, manage projects, and present findings to various audiences, ultimately ensuring the safety of Caterpillar's information and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop a world-class enterprise cybersecurity awareness and learning program.
• Drive a strong culture of cybersecurity through awareness activities.
• Define strategies for awareness campaigns and initiatives.
• Identify complex problems and resolutions related to cybersecurity awareness.
• Support major awareness priorities and work plans to drive results.
• Collaborate with teams to measure and track project progress.
• Manage multiple project deliverables and meet associated objectives.
• Build relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Prepare and present to various audiences on awareness initiatives.
• Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients.
• Knowledge of developing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Knowledge of tools, techniques, approaches, and processes of cybersecurity risk management.
• Knowledge of processes, tools, and techniques of information security management.
• Knowledge of IT security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis.
