About the position

The Cybersecurity Awareness Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive security awareness program aimed at reducing human risk and fostering a security-aware culture within the organization. This role involves leading the creation and delivery of engaging training and awareness campaigns, analyzing the organization's threat landscape, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive security awareness program.
• Lead the development and delivery of engaging training and awareness campaigns.
• Analyze the organization's threat landscape to identify human cybersecurity risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Design and execute effective awareness training and communications campaigns.
• Utilize diverse skills in training, instructional design, and marketing to create engaging content.
• Explore innovative training approaches to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of awareness campaigns and iterate on existing programs.
• Prepare and present program status reports to senior leadership.
• Promote a culture of security awareness and recognize employees demonstrating secure behaviors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, education, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and implementing successful security awareness training programs.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and current threats.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management, including planning and execution.
• Familiarity with security awareness training tools and learning management systems.
• Passion for security awareness and a strong desire to influence organizational culture.

Nice-to-haves
