About the position

Wells Fargo's Technology CyberSecurity Division is seeking a Cybersecurity Change Management Consultant to join the Resiliency & Services Management team. This role is pivotal in providing platform management and service operations support for the CyberSecurity organization. The successful candidate will be expected to quickly adapt to dynamic environments and deliver results effectively. The position requires a self-starter who actively seeks knowledge and expertise in new areas, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate the organization and engage with key stakeholders. Effective communication skills are essential, as the consultant will interact with both executive leadership and line management, ensuring clarity and conciseness in all communications. In this role, the consultant will evaluate complex business problems and provide subject matter expertise for technology initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting change, incident, and problem management routines, leading meetings, documenting processes, and managing project schedules. The consultant will also establish controls to identify and address risks, monitor compliance, and gather evidence to support these efforts. The position may involve additional projects as identified, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various teams. Candidates must possess a strong analytical mindset, capable of managing and tracking large-scale program initiatives in a complex environment. The ability to identify key issues, design solutions, and communicate effectively through resolution is crucial. This role emphasizes the importance of building relationships and partnerships to achieve risk management goals while avoiding any divisive perceptions within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives.
  • Support change, incident, and problem management routines, including facilitation of meetings and documentation of approvals.
  • Lead and maintain process or systems documentation, and monitor project schedules and deliverables.
  • Establish controls and processes to prevent, identify, and address risks in the organization.
  • Monitor compliance with controls and gather applicable evidence.
  • Engage in other projects as identified.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 2+ years of problem, incident, or change management experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in risk management, IT Governance, compliance, regulatory, or audit function.
  • 2+ years' experience in process documentation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Advanced skills in Confluence.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated advanced verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proven leadership skills and capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a customer-first approach.
