About the position

The Cybersecurity Change Management Consultant at Wells Fargo plays a crucial role in the Technology CyberSecurity Division's Platform Management team. This position focuses on providing operational reliability engineering support and managing change, incident, and problem management routines. The consultant will evaluate complex business problems, support technology initiatives, and establish controls to mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter expertise for technology initiatives.
• Support change, incident, and problem management routines, including facilitation of meetings and documentation of approvals.
• Lead and maintain process or systems documentation, monitoring project schedules and deliverables.
• Establish controls and processes to prevent, identify, and address risks in the organization.
• Monitor compliance with controls and gather applicable evidence.
• Manage and track performance of large-scale program initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 2+ years of problem, incident, and change management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in risk management, IT Governance, compliance, regulatory, or audit function.
• 2+ years of experience in process documentation.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Advanced skills in Confluence.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills and capabilities.
