In addition to audits, you will participate in Information Technology (IT) Risk Assessments and compliance reviews for regulations such as GLBA, SOX, and HIPAA. You will also be involved in assessing the current state and desired state maturity of cybersecurity standards like NIST, PCI DSS, and ISO. Your responsibilities will include handling periodic projects, assisting with research, and conducting special analyses as requested by Managers and Partners. Building relationships with clients and participating in networking and business development activities will also be key components of your internship experience. This internship is an excellent opportunity for you to deepen your technical knowledge and overall experience in cybersecurity while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills, and you will be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as accounting, information security, business administration, finance, or management information systems. Academic success, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, is required, and you should be on track to complete your degree and obtain relevant certifications associated with your career field.
