Responsibilities

• Handle cybersecurity, privacy, and incident response matters.
• Draft and revise privacy notices, terms of service, incident response plans, and information security policies.
• Manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
• Develop new relationships and foster teamwork at all levels.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements

• Admission to practice law in New Jersey with excellent academic credentials.
• 2-4 years of experience specializing in incident response and knowledge of emerging privacy laws.
• Sophisticated understanding of how web technologies work.
• Ability and desire to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, and oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• IAPP Certification preferred.
• Willingness and desire to learn artificial intelligence integration.
