About the position
The Cybersecurity - Digital Identity - Manager position at EY involves leading projects and engagements focused on privileged access management (PAM) and digital identity solutions. The role requires a blend of technical and business skills to help clients navigate complex cybersecurity challenges, ensuring robust security infrastructure and operational management. The manager will work closely with development and engineering teams to align security architecture with business needs, while also driving service delivery and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Designing and defining security architecture for new and existing systems
- Managing deployments, upgrades, configuration updates, and technology rationalizations
- Supporting development and engineering teams with comprehensive end-to-end management
- Leading workstream delivery as part of project management responsibilities
- Identifying additional service opportunities and leading RFP responses
- Managing engagement economics, resource planning, and budgeting
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field
- Approximately 10 years of related work experience
- Experience in privileged access management solutions including design or implementation of PAM technologies (such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, HashiCorp)
- Experience in role-based access control including design and development of user access roles
- Experience in secret management solutions and understanding of DevOps (Ansible, Jenkins, Gitlab, Kubernetes, terraforms) and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) solutions
- Ability in Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems
- Exposure to IGA solutions (SailPoint or Saviynt)
- Exposure to scripting and programming languages (PowerShell, Java, C#) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Understanding of access control concepts
