About the position

Procter & Gamble is seeking an experienced Data Loss Prevention Engineer to enhance data protection measures within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various teams to implement and maintain DLP tools and platforms, ensuring the security of P&G's data while driving modernization and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain DLP solutions including Proofpoint and Zscaler.
• Support migrations and onboarding of new tools.
• Apply and update notification tuning enhancements across platforms.
• Develop autonomous data labeling and tagging parameters.
• Collaborate with multiple business units to align on updates and gather feedback.
• Assist in developing standards, best practices, and enterprise-grade solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes to drive efficiencies and automations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) system or similar technologies.
• Experience managing policies with Network Proxies, IPS/IDS, WAF, DPI, or YARA rules.
• Familiarity with unstructured data transformation with SIEM or other logging technologies.
• Proficient in Regular Expression (RegEx) and able to execute code in RegEx.
• Ability to work on a hybrid work schedule in Cincinnati, OH.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficient in ITIL incident and/or problem management.
• Experience with Digital Rights Management (DRM).
• Familiarity with Perl-compatible Regular Expression (PCRE).
