About the position

The Cybersecurity Incident Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Incident Response (IR) team operations at NavitsPartners. This position is crucial for ensuring that all project tasks and milestones are completed successfully and in a timely manner. The manager will be responsible for developing and communicating project status updates to stakeholders and participants, ensuring that everyone is informed about the strategy and progress of the project. This role requires a strong leader who can delegate work effectively based on team members' expertise and skills, setting and maintaining clear priorities to achieve project goals. In addition to overseeing daily operations, the Cybersecurity Incident Manager will evaluate the project's outcomes and prepare a comprehensive closeout summary. This involves analyzing the effectiveness of the incident response efforts and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cybersecurity, particularly in incident response, and will be knowledgeable about Dell and VMware products. The ability to travel on short notice is also a requirement, as the role may involve responding to incidents that require immediate attention.
