About the position

The Cybersecurity Incident Response Manager will oversee an Incident Response team at Langley Air Force Base, ensuring the cybersecurity protection of the AF DCGS OA infrastructure, data, and applications. This role involves developing threat modeling methods, optimizing network security, and managing a team of cyber operations personnel to enhance the organization's cyber capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining cybersecurity protection of the AF DCGS OA infrastructure, data, and applications.
• Develop methods of Threat Modeling and optimize network security by locating vulnerabilities and developing countermeasures against cyber-attacks.
• Responsible for developing TTPs and SOPs for a successful Cyber Operations Center.
• Create and mature content in cyber operations platforms.
• Provide expert technical analysis of enterprise cyber posture and recommend hardening network architecture.
• Conduct assessments against defensive mechanisms.
• Manage a team of highly trained cyber operations personnel, utilizing emerging threats and intelligence reporting to develop advanced capabilities.
• Assist in formulating, implementing, and maintaining corporate security policies tailored to the OA DCGS networking environment.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or related field (negotiable with 4 years of additional IT or Cyber experience).
• DOD 8140 (8570) IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent).
