About the position

As a Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist at NavitsPartners, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' networks and systems from cyber threats. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and respond to security alerts, ensuring that any incidents are managed effectively and efficiently. You will analyze threat intelligence to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats, and you will be tasked with managing incidents that may affect client operations. This position requires a proactive approach to cybersecurity, as you will need to utilize various tools and technologies to investigate security issues and implement appropriate responses. In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide production support, ensuring that their systems remain secure and operational. You will prepare detailed incident reports that document the nature of the incidents, the response actions taken, and recommendations for future prevention. Your expertise in cybersecurity will be essential in helping clients understand the risks they face and how to mitigate them effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, particularly in incident response, and will be familiar with tools such as Carbon Black and Windows Defender ATP. You will need to be adaptable and ready to travel on short notice, as incidents can arise unexpectedly and may require your immediate attention.
