About the position

As a Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist at NavitsPartners, you will play a critical role in safeguarding client networks and systems from cyber threats. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and respond to security alerts, ensuring that any potential incidents are addressed promptly and effectively. You will analyze threat intelligence to understand the nature of the threats facing our clients and manage incidents that may affect their operations. This position requires a proactive approach to cybersecurity, as you will be expected to utilize advanced tools such as Carbon Black and Windows Defender ATP to investigate security issues and take appropriate action to mitigate risks. In addition to incident management, you will provide production support, which involves working closely with clients to ensure their systems are secure and operational. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed incident reports that document the nature of the incidents, the response actions taken, and recommendations for future prevention. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients understand their security posture and improve their defenses against future threats. This role demands a strong security background and the ability to work under pressure, as you will often need to respond to incidents on short notice. Flexibility in travel is also required, as you may need to visit client sites to address urgent security issues. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients in the face of evolving cyber threats.
