About the position

The Cybersecurity Management Consultant position at Wavestone involves assisting large organizations in their critical transformations by aligning cybersecurity strategies with client priorities and organizational goals. The role focuses on delivering pragmatic cybersecurity strategies, supporting top management in achieving security targets, and fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization. Analysts will work within a collaborative team to develop and implement strategies related to identity and access management, IT and OT cybersecurity convergence, and third-party risk management, among others.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engagements managed by more experienced consultants to learn core consulting competencies.
  • Work with teams on projects for business lines, functional teams, and technology departments from strategy definition to implementation.
  • Bring strong learning abilities and be proactive to develop consulting skills and become more autonomous.
  • Perform accurate assessments and analysis of client activities, manage day-to-day client relationships, and assist clients in effective management systems usage.
  • Structure, write, and deliver quality work documents with oversight, ensuring proper circulation of information and alerting colleagues of any difficulties.
  • Collaborate across different Wavestone teams to participate in local and global firm development.
  • Continue to up-skill and stay current with the market through apprenticeship-style coaching and learning programs.
  • Contribute to the firm's development activities such as business development and team development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, economics, or other analytical major.
  • Strong interest in Management Consulting and digital technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with developing business acumen.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving growth.
  • Exceptional teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
  • Ability to complete structured problem solving with senior management support.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work through critical business and/or technology challenges.
  • Customer-centric mindset and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
