About the position

The Senior Consultant/Manager in Cybersecurity at Wavestone will play a pivotal role in assisting large organizations with their critical transformations by aligning cybersecurity strategies with client priorities and organizational goals. This position involves delivering pragmatic cybersecurity strategies, supporting top management in achieving security targets, and fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization. The role encompasses managing engagements, participating in business development, and contributing to the development of the global practice.

Responsibilities

  • Managing engagements with clients, ensuring the highest quality service and developing strategic recommendations.
  • Participating in business development activities, including pre-sales support and identifying cyber opportunities.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members, sharing knowledge, and leading by example.
  • Collaborating across different locations to create thought leadership and marketing materials.
  • Continuing to upskill and stay current with market trends.
  • Contributing to various internal activities such as career development and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in external client-facing consulting or equivalent role focused on IT, management, or cybersecurity.
  • Bachelor's degree minimum.
  • Proven background in leading Cybersecurity transformation programs.
  • Good technical understanding to enhance advisory credibility.
  • Ability to manage transformation projects effectively.
  • Experience in supporting business development activities, including account planning and proposals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing and leading teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Cybersecurity and Operational Resilience topics such as Cyber Security Strategy, Risk Assessment, and Incident Response.
  • Skills to create and deliver impactful presentations and high-quality reports.
