At EY, you'll have the chance to build a career as unique as you are, with the global scale, support, inclusive culture and technology to become the best version of you. The Cybersecurity - Operational Technology Lead for EY Digital Operations is a senior role that focuses on safeguarding clients' critical infrastructure in a rapidly changing operational technology (OT) environment. This position is based at the EY Digital Operations Hub at MxD in Chicago, IL, a dynamic facility designed to drive transformation in the manufacturing sector. The hub is a collaboration between EY and MxD, combining EY's expertise in digital transformation with MxD's advanced manufacturing capabilities. The EY Digital Operations Hub aims to bridge the gap between innovation and practical application, helping manufacturers harness Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, and advanced analytics to optimize their operations. The hub is structured around four key pillars: manufacturing, OT cybersecurity, workforce development, and supply chain solutions. The OT cybersecurity pillar is particularly focused on protecting manufacturing operations from cyber threats, implementing robust security measures to safeguard critical infrastructure. As the OT Cyber Security Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing solutions to enhance cybersecurity within the manufacturing sector. This includes conducting workshops for clients that focus on their OT business needs and introducing them to the capabilities of the EY Digital Operations Hub. The role is a formal rotational position lasting 12-18 months at MxD, after which you will return to the EY OT cybersecurity organization. During your tenure, you will work on an authorized investment I-code, relieving your regular utilization requirement. Your responsibilities will include leading interactive demonstrations and workshops for clients, developing new interactive experiences to showcase state-of-the-art OT cyber solutions, conducting risk assessments, and implementing security measures to protect manufacturing operations from cyber threats. You will also collaborate with team members across various pillars to deliver comprehensive client solutions and communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
